Genuinely sincere, patient, and polite staff. The facility is clean and well managed. It's amazing how kind and attentive were the nursing and nursing assistant staff. If there was a facility issue, the maintenance supervisor promptly saw to its resolution. Hard to believe they can consistently offer such good quality tasty meals. My Mother was very happy at The Manor and instantly felt at home. I would hand out Kudos to many but I fear I would leave out some who deserve mention.
